Data privacy declaration

With reference to Article 14 of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR for short), please be advised as follows:
In the framework of its business activities, Palotás-Mix Kft. (Registered address: H–8516 Kemeneshőgyész, Nagymajor lot no. 0197/5., Company registration number: 19-09-503470, Tax number: 11526034-2-19, hereinafter shortly referred to as the Data Controller) has a contract with your employer. In this contract-based relationship, your Employer (data source) has named you as a contact person, and also disclosed your name, telephone number, e-mail address, job and place of work.
Legal grounds and purpose of data processing: Our company processes your above-mentioned data with reference to Paragraph f) of Section (1) of Article 6 of GDPR, based on rightful interests, in order to perform the contract by and between the Data Controller and your Employer, as well as the fulfillment of the mutual data disclosure obligations of the parties.
Consideration of interests The parties have considerable economic interests in performing the contracts and agreements concluded in the scope of their business operations, where the mutual provision of information between the parties and the maintenance of contacts are essential, and constitute the parties’ statutory and contracted obligations. You are also interested in, and at the same time – as a result of your employment – are obliged to promote the mutual provision of information between the parties and the maintenance of contacts. With respect to the foregoing, the mutual provision of information between the parties shall be prioritized over the above-referenced protection of personal data of the natural person, such as the contact details associated with job-related activities.
Personal data may be disclosed to third persons or addressee in the following cases:
Time period of the retention of personal data: 5 years following the performance of the contract, which is justified by the statutory time limit (limitation period in civil law) for the enforcement of contract-related claims.
If you think that the data processing operations of the Data Controller are illegal, you have the right to present a complaint to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (address: H–1024 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C, www.naih.hu)  in association with the illegal data processing, or seek the assistance of a court of justice. You can request the Data Controller to allow access to your personal data, correct or erase them, or you may as well object to the processing of your personal (for reasons associated with your own situation); furthermore, you may request the restriction of data processing (in relation to inaccurate or illegal data, data associated with any objection or data that are further processed after the accomplishment of the related objective).
